Specifications & Sample Approval
Send artwork, dimensions, reference images, quantity, finishes and destination. For enamel pins or keychains, confirm metal thickness, plating, color fill and attachment details. For acrylic stands, confirm print sides, cut lines and base fit. Review samples before approving production.
Production & Quality Checks
The approved sample and written specification guide checks on artwork, color, surface finish, dimensions and hardware. Mixed-product orders also need count and packing checks. We coordinate specialist suppliers where required, rather than asking you to manage each factory separately.
Retail Packing & Export
Plan backing cards, individual protection, gift boxes and fitted inserts around the finished products. Assembly follows the approved packing sequence. Confirm export-carton quantities, dimensions, weight and the agreed shipping terms before dispatch; transit time is separate from the production schedule.
